About the Guelph Silvercreeks

The Guelph Silvercreeks are a junior aged (males 18 to 21) baseball club from Guelph, Ontario that play out of the Junior Inter County Baseball League in Southwestern Ontario.

They were formally known as the Guelph Jr. Royals until 1999 when Bill Craven and Walter McGregor changed the team's name back to what the team was called back in the 1870's.

Over the past eight seasons the team has been to the Junior Inter County Championships eight years in a row and has won the title five times. In 2006 the Silvercreeks defeated the Quebec Junior Elites 6-5 in extra innings to win their first Canadian Jr. Baseball Championship.

Approximately 30 regular season games are played with up to 11 more playoff games.

All Home games are played at Hastings Stadium (Exhibition Park)
